I'm a digital designer from Trinidad & Tobago, and I built AZA Designs on three passions: technology, business and design — and the belief that great work happens where all three meet. With a BSc in Computer Science with Management, I bring both technical depth and creative vision to every project.

How we work together.

Ownership & Rights
—All design work remains the property of AZA Designs until final payment is received in full.
—Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.
—AZA Designs retains the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and on social media.
—A small AZA Designs credit will appear in the website footer.
—Any future modifications, updates or maintenance to the delivered website are to be handled exclusively by AZA Designs. Should the client engage a third party to alter, edit or rebuild the site, AZA Designs reserves the right to withdraw the website and all associated work with immediate effect.

How long does a website take to build?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller sites typically take 1–2 weeks, while larger or more detailed projects may take 3–5 weeks. Timelines can vary based on how quickly feedback and content are provided.
Do you offer website hosting?

We don't provide hosting directly, but we'll guide you through setting up hosting with a reliable provider and help you get your site live. We recommend options that suit your budget and needs.
What do I need to get started?

Not much! A brief conversation about your business, what you do, who your clients are and what you're looking for is enough to get started. We'll guide you through everything else — including content, colours and style direction.
Can I update the website myself after it's done?

Yes — we build sites with simplicity in mind and will show you how to make basic updates. For larger changes, you can always reach out and we'll handle it for you.
Do you work with clients outside Trinidad & Tobago?

Absolutely. We work with clients remotely — location is never a barrier.
How do revisions work?

After delivering the first version, you'll have the opportunity to request changes within your agreed revision rounds. The number of revision rounds is scoped per project and discussed upfront. Additional revisions beyond that are available at an extra cost.

Payment structure
Simple, structured payments.
Payment structure varies by package — everything is agreed and outlined before work begins. All payments are made via bank transfer only.

—50% deposit to begin
—50% balance before final files are released
For very quick turnaround projects (1–2 weeks), full payment upfront may be required.
Standard
—50% deposit to begin
—25% on first draft delivery
—25% balance before final files are released
Premium
—50% deposit to begin

These terms are in place to protect both you and us — so that every project runs smoothly, fairly and without surprises.
Non-Payment
—Final files and website access will not be released until payment is received in full.
—If payment is not settled within the agreed timeframe, any live website may be taken down until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Revisions
—The number of revision rounds is agreed upon at the start of each project.
—Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds are available at an extra cost.
Turnaround Time
—Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project.
—Delays caused by late content, feedback or approvals from the client may extend the timeline.
Client Responsibilities
—Clients are responsible for providing all required content — text, images and any relevant materials — in a timely manner.
—Prompt feedback and approvals keep the project on track.
Cancellations
—The deposit is non-refundable if a client cancels after work has begun.
—Any work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of AZA Designs until full payment is made.
